This raffle is open to residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older. Employees and immediate family members of VM Customs are not eligible to participate.
To enter the raffle, participants must purchase at least one (1) raffle ticket at the price of R200.00 per ticket. Participants may purchase up to ten (10) tickets per transaction. Each ticket purchased represents one entry into the raffle.
The prize for this raffle is a fully installed air suspension kit for the winner's car, provided by VM Customs. The installation will be performed by VM Customs at their facility and scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable. VM Customs reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.
The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received. The draw date will be announced on our social media channels. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of ticket purchase within 48 hours of the draw.
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, VM Customs reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued except in the event that the raffle is cancelled by VM Customs. Payment must be completed before entries are considered valid.
VM Customs is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website outages, payment processing errors, or email delivery failures that may affect participation in or notification of winners for this raffle.
Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for the purposes of administering this raffle and contacting the winner. By entering, participants consent to their information being used for these purposes.
By entering this raffle, the winner agrees to allow VM Customs to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
VM Customs reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
